Let me just say I’m very excited to be educating you in this course and in order to be a good educator, I think you have to be a student and I'm a student of life. I'm a student of success and I'm always reading and doing courses and learning and trying to get to the next level just as you are right now.

I am a Business Educator at heart receiving my B.S in Business Administration from Elizabeth City State University, Master of Science in Teaching Business Education and M.A in School Administration. I’ve taught business education for the past 8 years and I now teach entrepreneurs how to build business credit to scale their business using “OPM” and how to properly build and scale their Airbnb Business.

I first became a landlord and a property owner in 2014, I rented out the bottom half of my 3-story townhome this was on a long-term basis. I hadn’t gotten into the bnb business just yet.

I am an Interior Designer and I have a huge passion for home designs, and I wanted to grow that business. So, in the beginning of 2020 I decided to get my first apartment unit to use it for my portfolio and my fiancé encouraged me to list it on Airbnb. I quickly found that the short-term rental income vs. annual income, was massively different then when I owned a property. I was brining in thousands a month. Before I knew it I got a second property and a third property and I kept adding more and more and before you knew it I was here.

I was able to quit my job as a full time educator and I went full time at this making over $150,000 in my first year. Since 2020 I’ve acquired several properties and transitioned from renting to owning my own unique structures (Tiny Homes). I will be bringing specific steps that you need to know in order to be successful in this business just as I have. My #1 goal is to provide you the knowledge on how I started creating my generational wealth so that you can do the same.
